Learn many classic dishes including Coq Au Vin, Boeuf Bourguignon, Cheese Soufflé, and Ratatouille. Master the art of creating your own pastry and take home a lifetime of skills. Cooking classes can be taken either in Paris or in any one of the many regions of France, if regional cuisine is your preference.

Truffles and Wine

Perhaps the highlight of our culinary tours in France is our truffle expedition. Head out into the woods with a local guide and their specially-trained truffle hounds. Dig your own service of the ambrosia known as the truffle. Bring it back to the farm and savor your discovery with a glass of fine wine.
